berikut adalah syarat2 menjadi seorang supervisor:

  • skill
  • leadership
  • knowledge
  • responsibility
  • experience
posisi supervisor

Top Management: General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, etc
Middle Management: Front Office Manager, Manager Department, etc
Supervisory Management: Supervisor, Section, Head
Non Management Employees / karyawan pelaksana

supervisor haruslah memiliki tiga keterampilan ini:

  • Conseptual Skill: Planning, Coordinating, Taking Decision
  • Human Skill: Communication, Teamwork, Motivation
  • Technical Skill: Skillful in method, process, procedure in crtain activities

George R Terry, Accomplishing of a predetermined objective through effort of people
Dr R Makharita, utilization of available of petential resource in achieving and given ends

Fungsi Manajemen

WIlliam: Planning, Organizing, Assembling Resources, Supervising, Controlling
Dalton: Planning, Organizing, Controlling
George R Terry: Planning Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
Koontz n O Donnel: Planning, Organizing, Statting, Directing, Controlling

pada intinya ada di pernyataan Dalton, cukup tiga hal itu

Planning: target to be achieved through a certain method and procedure
Principle Activities:

  • set up the target/goal
  • collecting previous and present data
  • forecasting
  • stated the steps in reaching the target

Organizing: covering activities in arranging: power, job, responsibilities, people/worker, teamwork

Controlling: check and supervise all activities in the organization and should be done according to the planning stated. main goals:

  • duties done as planned
  • structure and hierarchy as planned
  • right man on the right place
  • efficiency in using sources
  • system and procedure according to the policy stated
  • distribution of duties, right and responsibilities in proper way
  • no Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism
